June 25 (Bloomberg) -- Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim bought an additional 500,000 indirect shares in Criteria CaixaCorp SA, the listed holding company of Spain’s La Caixa banking group, a regulatory filing showed.
Slim boosted his stake in Criteria to 0.183 percent from 0.17 percent after buying 350,000 indirect shares at 4.65 euros ($6.60) apiece and 150,000 shares at 4.60 euros each between June 17 and June 20, according to the filing, dated June 23.
