June 23 (Bloomberg) -- Insurer Fondiaria-SAI SpA approved final conditions for its planned capital increase, according to a statement distributed by the Italian exchange.
Fondiaria will sell new ordinary shares at 1.5 euros and 1 euro for saving shares.
Investors have an option to buy two new shares for every one they hold.
Fondiaria shares fell 4.22 percent to 4.45 euros yesterday.
