June 22 (Bloomberg) -- Shareholders of Cyfrowy Polsat SA, Poland’s second-largest television network, sold all 86.1 million shares they offered today at 15.7 zloty apiece, said two people close to the transaction, who didn’t want to be identified because the information isn’t public.
