June 21 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall in South Africa. Symbols are in parentheses and prices are from the last close.
The FTSE/JSE Africa All Share Index declined 41.61 or 0.1 percent, to 30,627.65 at the 5 p.m. close in Johannesburg.
Cashbuild Ltd. (CSB SJ): The building materials retailer said it is finalizing a black economic empowerment transaction aimed at incentivizing top performing managers. The shares dropped 1.50 rand, or 1.6 percent, to 94.50 rand.
Datacentrix Holdings Ltd. (DCT SJ): The computer-services company declared a dividend of 9.18 cents per share for the year ended Feb. 28. Its shares dropped 4 cents, or 0.9 percent, to 4.35 rand.
Remgro Ltd. (REM SJ): The investment holding company with interests in banks, mining, and wine and spirits releases results for the year though March. The shares rose 1.05 rand, or 1 percent, to 109.20 rand.
