Gold Reef, Metorex, PSG Group: South African Equities Preview

June 15 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall in South Africa. Symbols are in parentheses and prices are from the last close.

The FTSE/JSE Africa All Share Index advanced for a second day, adding 52.78, or 0.2 percent, to 31,229.36 at the 5 p.m. close in Johannesburg.

African Dawn Capital Ltd. (ADW SJ): The small-cap financial services company plans to raise about 36.7 million rand ($5.4 million) by issuing new shares at 10 cents per share, the company said in a regulatory filing. Shareholders owning more than 40 percent of the stock have already agreed to the issue. The stock was unchanged at 9 cents.

Gold Reef Resorts Ltd. (GDF SJ): The South African hotel and gaming company holds an annual shareholders’ meeting. Gold Reef increased 50 cents, or 3.1 percent, to 16.50 rand.

Metorex Ltd. (MTX SJ): The producer of copper holds a shareholders’ meeting. The stock rose 2 cents, or 0.3 percent, to 7.30 rand.

PSG Group Ltd. (PSG SJ): The investment holding group holds a shareholders’ meeting. The stock declined 98 cents, or 2 percent, to 47.92 rand.
