June 14 (Bloomberg) -- Tata Communications Ltd. increased its stake in South African fixed-line operator Neotel Ltd. to 61.5 percent by buying a 12.5 percent held by Two Telecoms Consortium.

The value of the transaction wasn’t disclosed in an e- mailed statement from Tata Communications today.
