Mauritius Says Primary Energy Needs Rose 5.8% in 2010

June 14 (Bloomberg) -- Mauritius’s primary energy needs rose 5.8 percent in 2010 from the year earlier, the country’s statistics agency said on its website today.

Electricity sales rose 5.1 percent while the amount of power generated jumped 4.3 percent, the Port Louis-based agency said.
