South Africa to Commission New Fuel Pipeline in Third Quarter

June 1 (Bloomberg) -- South Africa plans to commission a new fuel pipeline between the commercial hub of Johannesburg and the east coast city of Durban during the third quarter, according to Malusi Gigaba, the minister for public enterprises.

The cost of the pipeline, which is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2013, is currently being reviewed, he told lawmakers in Cape Town today.
