June 2 (Bloomberg) -- Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. hopes to reach an agreement soon in talks with shareholders Yahoo! Inc. and Softbank Corp. regarding the spinoff of the Alipay online payment unit, Jack Ma, chief executive officer at the Chinese company, said at the AllThingsD conference.
