Infineon to Invest EU200 Million in Coming Years in Singapore

June 1 (Bloomberg) -- Infineon Technologies AG, Europe’s second largest maker of semiconductors, will invest 200 million euros in Singapore in the coming years as it expands its production capacity and research and development facilities, according to a statement handed out at a press briefing in the city-state today.
