Nokia First-Quarter Sales Beat EU10.1 Billion Analyst Estimate

April 21 (Bloomberg) -- Nokia Oyj, the world’s biggest maker of mobile phones, reported first-quarter sales of 10.4 billion euros, beating the 10.1 billion-euro average in a Bloomberg survey of 39 analyst estimates.
