Kazakhstan to Resume Oil Flows Across Ukraine, Klyuev Says

The probability that Kazakhstan will resume oil transit to Europe across Ukraine is “very high,” First Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Klyuev said today in Kiev.

“We have settled our tariff policy,” Klyuev told reporters. The issue is on the agenda for Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych’s visit to Kazakhstan today, he said. “It is advantageous to pump and they will pump.”
