Albidon Ltd. (ALB), an Australian company developing a nickel mine in Zambia, said Managing Director Dale Rogers quit.
“The company advises that Dale Rogers’s contract as managing director of Albidon Ltd. has expired and that by mutual agreement it has been decided not to extend the contract,” Perth-based Albidon said today in a statement to the Australian stock exchange. Rogers also resigned as a director.
Directors Alasdair Cooke and Paul Chapman have been appointed joint managing directors until a replacement for Rogers is found, the statement said.
