Microsoft Corp.
Vice-president, Internet customer unit
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
Myhrvold -- whose brother, Nathan, is Microsoft's chief technologist -- handles strategic partnerships with customers in the telecommunications industry. He has been at Microsoft since 1986, when it bought a company he co-founded, Dynamical Systems Research. An ex-head of developer relations at Microsoft, Myhrvold has been long been known as one of the white hats at the company.
EXPECTED TO TESTIFY:
He'll talk at length about Microsoft's relationships with Internet service providers -- a group it targeted to distribute its Internet Explorer browser. He'll defend Microsoft's strategy, arguing that Netscape has plenty of opportunities to distribute its browser via ISPs, too.
