However, the disappointing new home sales increased market concerns that housing hasn’t reached the bottom. Last week’s disappointing housing starts data increased concerns that the improvements in the sector may be short-lived. However, the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) report on Friday suggested that some of those concerns may be premature.
