Tea Party or Occupy Wall Street?

Though they snipe at each other from across the political divide, Occupy Wall Street and Tea Party protester’s have a lot in common: They’re furious with Washington, distrustful of powerful institutions, and fed up with the broken economy. “Both on the left and the right, I think people feel separated from their government,” says President Obama. The two movements are “not that different.” New Jersey’s GOP Governor Chris Christie agrees. “Why are they angry? Because government has become dysfunctional.”
