ISO Certification Is Worth The Hassle I just read Lisa Bergson's article ("Making the Grade," My Company, Spring, 2005). We are a chemical company dealing with medical-related companies, and are ISO 9001:2000 certified. Coincidentally, today, we are wrapping up an ISO audit. Our director of quality systems, Amy Mutere, spends countless hours preparing and training various personnel for these audits.
