"Global Warming Is Cyclical, Not Man-Made" (Readers Report, Nov. 10, 2003)

A letter headed "Global warming is cyclical, not man-made" (Readers Report, Nov. 10 regarding "Putting carbon dioxide in its place," Environment, Oct. 20) contained an editing error. The letter should have read: "At the peak of the last Ice Age...a good part of North America and Europe was covered by glaciers, some up to 1.5 to 2 kilometers and greater in thickness."
