"Trustbusters zero in on Orbitz" (In Business This Week, June 23, 2003)

"Trustbusters zero in on Orbitz" (In Business This Week, June 23) stated that a June 10 Justice Dept. report on airline reservation systems criticizes "online ticketer Orbitz for what it deemed anticompetitive behavior." While the report does raise questions about some industry practices and says that Justice has been closely examining Orbitz LLC, it does not criticize Orbitz for anticompetitive practices.

Heinz (HNZ ) & Co. Bivens retained his forecast of $2.15 a share. H.J. Heinz spokesman Ted Smith also argues that Heinz has strong earnings and sales targets -- 8% to 10% for earnings and 3% to 4% for sales -- contrary to what analysts say.
