Robert W. Grubbs Jr. has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Anixter International Inc. since February 1998. Mr. Grubbs has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Anixter Inc., a subsidiary of Anixter International Inc. since July 1994. He has been a Director of Anixter International Inc. since 1997 and serves as Chairman of the Human Resources Committee. He served as a Director of Castle A M & Co. since 2000. He joined Anixter in 1978.
