Upon completion, Tracinda would hold 48.53% of DPTR's outstanding shares.
Atricure (ATRC) says the Dept. of Justice is investigating the company's marketing practices utilized in connection with its surgical ablation system to treat atrial fibrillation, a specific use outside FDA's 510(k) clearance. Letter also states that DOJ is investigating whether ATRC instructed hospitals to bill Medicare for surgical ablation using incorrect billing codes.
