HANDS ON BANKING [EL FUTURO EN TUS MANOS]
Wells Fargo believes that financial education is critical to the economic well-being of communities, families and individuals. In January 2004, the company introduced its signature financial literacy program hands on bankingŪ and the spanish version el futuro en tus manosŪ. These free, innovative, and entertaining programs teach students and adults the basics of good money management and contain no commercial data. The curriculum has already been taught to thousands. It's used in our wealth building seminars to teach basic money management skills to low-income families and immigrants and is taught to all our new hires, so it's integrated internally and externally throughout the organization.
