Financial dividends

With today’s KeyCorp’s dividend decline, there have now been 16 Financial decreases vs. 12 for the 5-years from 2003 through 2007 (with 5 of those coming in Q4 2007 - don’t even do the 12 month number).
The sector currently contributes 26.7% of the dividends to the index and has had 27 increases YTD
19 issues yield over 5%, none did last year; with 4 (RF, FITB, ACAS, and CFC) yielding over 10%
