Corporate innovators come in four types, says Robert Wolcott, founder and executive director of the Kellogg Innovation Network at Northwestern University. Wolcott identifies them in his upcoming book, Grow from Within: Mastering Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation. They are the the opportunist, the enabler, the producer, and the advocate.
