As you may have noticed, various design changes have been implemented throughout the site in recent months. We’re taking this opportunity to step back and look hard at our coverage and the structure of the Innovation & Design channel, and I thought I’d use this forum to see what you think. What do we do well? Which types of stories do you really like? What do you hate? What would you like to see more of? Which sub-channels do you find useful? Want more Auto Design? More on gaming innovation? Tell us! Thanks in advance. We’re working hard to make I&D as relevant and impactful as possible. And we’re really listening…
Two elements of innovation and design that are rarely discussed are B2B and service innovation. Most of the examples in the blogosphere and literature are for consumer hard goods.
Specifically for B2B, techniques such as ethnography aren't as easy to use. What oter techniques are being use here.
Services aren't owned and experienced in the same ways as physical goods. Intangibility presents unique challenges that could use a fresh look.

Sorry, Mark. How annoying. But that should be easy enough to fix. I have sent a note to our tech guys to see if they can solve the problem.
Hey Mark -- I'm told the RSS has been fixed. Let me know if you have any more problems. Thanks, H
