By now it's been pointed out by both pro and amateur critics that not only did Pepsi and its family own Fantastic Four, but also that things may have gone overboard. Arnette solved the age old those-are-cool-but-what-brand-are-they problem that plagues sunglass placements, though the solution needs work. We also liked the subtle touch Fox studios added by having Fox news as the only real network. And this Internet discussion for Victory motorcycles is exactly what good placement follow ups can generate. Finally, why is the Ford logo on the taxi grill blacked out but not the one on the trunk? Anyone?

Featured Brands: Activision, Aleve, Arnette, Bentley, Brisk, Bull Frog, Burger King, Business Week, Combos, Corvette, Crystal Geyser, Dell, Dodge, Dos Equis, ESPN, Ford, Fox, fresh direct, Hayden Planetarium, HSBC, Kellogg's Corn Flakes, Kool-Aid, Lay's, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Maxell, Mountain Dew, MSN, NASA, Nestle, New York Post, New York Yankees, Nike, North Face, Oscar Mayer, Pabst, People, Pepsi, Porsche, Range Rover, Samsung, SBC, SoBe, Sol, Troy Lee Designs, Under Armour, USA Today, USPS, Victoria's Secret, Victory, Wal-Mart, Wired, X Games, XBox

Comments: Thanks to an ESPN X Games sequence Fantastic Four comes packed full of brands, with Pepsi and its family ruling the roost. (An especially comic scene involves the Human Torch accidentally lighting up a Burger King "flame grilled" billboard.) Fox studios plugs its Fox news division as well as its cousin publication The New York Post (a la Daredevil). Victory motorcycles look hot and Arnette sunglasses solve the problem of how to identify sunglasses.
