Kodak Turns Around--You Read It First In IN--Inside Innovation.

Posted by: Bruce Nussbaum on February 1, 2007

Sorry, I’m in the “mo” of getting the next issue of Inside Innovation out and want to crow about our last cover story on Kodak—Mistakes Made on the Road to Innovation--by the very brilliant Steve Hamm. Steve took us deep into the culture of Kodak to show in granular fashion its struggle to reinvent itself as a digital, not film, company.

Now there is a bit more evidence that CEO Perez is having some success, although it is way too early to call it a turnaround. At least he hit the numbers for the first time in eight quarters and came up with some real profit.

Wait until you see the next issue of IN. Great insight into the process of innovation in companies and organizations that will surprise and inform you.

Bruce. Thanks for your great blog. I subscribe via NewFire on the mac. Quick question. You refer to IN. I cannot find what this is. How can I find and buy it? Is it a rag or on the web, from your employer, yourself, or where? Thanks for your time.
