It’s close to finished and I’m looking at the pages on the wall and it is simply breathtaking—our baby is about to go out into the world and we just love INside Innovation! At the very last minute, Modernista pushed us to go just one mile further on the cover and Bruce Crocker was so right. It’s even better now.
So Steve Adler, editor-in-chief (actually, I just call him brand manager of the BW brand) came by and smiled and said “an incredibly short cycle time” for a project like this (he gushed about the cover too—wait until you see it). I answered, “not only that but open-sourcing the design and bringing in fresh eyes gave us entirely new ways of presenting information. And it really lowered the cost.” He smiled again.
