Pepsi Deserves Some Kind Of Award For This. Just Maybe Not The Ones They Want

I am willing to bet this new-ish Pepsi billboard has to be the only corporate ad in history to reference both Barack Obama and Creem Magazine.

And it did all that in just two words!

I think it's a bit of a stretch to separate it from the "different truly American cultures love to drink Pepsi (even though everyone you know drinks Diet Dr. Pepper because they're 40 and write for a living)."

I was wondering, however if anyone knew when Pepsi decided on the new logo because I would be shocked that change would be a quick decision on Pepsi's part and not something they had in the pipeline for 18 months. Who designed the circle logo for them?
