This Just In! Political Ads That Aren't Terrible!

Posted by: Jon Fine on October 22, 2008

Oh, for God’s sake, of course it’s a joke, because there are fierce laws that prohibit any non-awful political ads.

Nevertheless, BuzzFeed finds a new path to the imaginary waterfall of goodness (or something like that) with the below clip. And, if I may just go ahead and steal the entire blog post—well, they’re right: stick around for the soaring “Wes Anderson” ad at the end of the clip.

Also: Why is “President John McCain’s” White House apparently located in a warehouse adjacent to the Williamsburg Bridge?

Call me the last remaining genxer pining for the glory days of Nick at Nite circa 1988, but I was jaw-droppingly stunned by Ron Howard, Andy Griffith and Henry Winkler's Obama video.
