What Happens To Dow Jones' Stock Price If The Bancrofts Nix The News Corp Deal?

It falls from its current lofty peak, sure, but to where?

Do we assume that the company’s $36 stock price—the level it was at before Murdoch’s bid was made public—already contained a deal premium?
