“It wasn’t a bad experience. For the most part, people were extremely nice. You would not want to be there. It does not encourage personal growth, or personal improvement. A sad place. The American system of incarceration is growing and that’s not a good thing.

“It’s up to you to grow, learn, study … Work is nonsensical. 12 cents an hour. It took me 650 hours to buy a pair of boots I needed for the snow. Pitiful.”
