Shock waves from the Judith Miller situation continued to reverberate. Voices within the mainstream media establishment were now calling for his head.

So what did New York Times Publisher (and company Chairman) Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, Jr., do on the evening of Monday October 24?

Head over to see the Cream reunion at Madison Square Garden, of course. So say two eyewitnesses who spotted the Times scion in the arena, seated in the vicinity of other Times staffers. In case you were wondering, one said Sulzberger’s seats were good, but not crazy-good.

A Times spokeswoman declined to comment.
