Kanbay International

Raymond J. Spencer serves as a director, chairman, and chief executive officer of Kanbay International Inc. and serves as the member of the executive committee. Spencer is one of the founders of Kanbay and its first employee. From 1970 to 1989, Spencer was employed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), a not-for-profit development organization. At ICA, Spencer was the country head for India from 1970 to 1976 and was later involved in worldwide fund-raising, government relations, and investment operations. From 1984 to 1989, Spencer served as chairman of Lens International Inc., a management consulting firm. Spencer is a director of Scan Web Biomedical. In 2001 and 2002, Capital IQ provided certain services to Scan Web.
