GENERAL INFORMATION

I'm already a BusinessWeek print magazine subscriber. Do I need to subscribe separately to the BusinessWeek MBA Insider?
Yes. The BusinessWeek MBA Insider is a separate product, featuring a huge amount of additional, unique, valued-added material prepared especially for the business school audience.

Is one year the standard subscription length for the BusinessWeek MBA Insider?
Yes. We'll be updating the Insider regularly.

I've already purchased a subscription to the BusinessWeek MBA Insider. How do I see the material?
Visit http://www.businessweek.com/bschools/mbainsider/index.html. When you select a link to protected MBA Insider material, click on the "Sign-in" button on the screen that will appear if you are not already signed in. You'll be prompted to type in your user name and password -- the user name and password you created when you registered for the Insider. You can also check the automatic login box located just below the "Sign In" button, so that you won't have to enter your user name and password on return visits.

When I click the "Sign In" button, it appears that the Web page that I am going to doesn't exist.
First, try to click the refresh button on your browser. If that doesn't help, close your browser and restart it, then try to sign in again. If that doesn't help, there's an outside chance that the link to the page in question is bad. To check on that, e-mail us at: mbainsider@businessweek.com with the description or name of the link that wouldn't work for you. If all of those steps fail, there could be a problem with your browser.

Can I use the user name and password that I created for the free BusinessWeek Online B-school forums for registering and subscribing to the MBA Insider?
No, unfortunately. The free BusinessWeek Online B-school forum is on a platform that is different from the one used for the rest of the BusinessWeek Online site. Therefore, please register separately and create a separate user name and password when you subscribe to the MBA Insider at http://www.businessweek.com/mbainsider/.
