Shopping Concerns Melt for the Holidays
Over the summer, consumers cited all kinds of reasons that they wouldn't be shopping for gifts online this year, according to a July survey of 5,000 shoppers conducted by Greenfield Online. But as the holidays approached, they grew more comfortable with the idea. In a follow-up survey in December of 1,000 consumers, Greenfield found that many of the obstacles had begun to evaporate.
