Many still cite privacy concerns as a key reason for not shopping online. A recent survey of 1,944 online consumers who haven't yet purchased a product online found that there are three things they need to become E-shoppers:

Assurance that their privacy would be protected 69.4%
Larger price discounts 65.0%
The chance to return a product to a brick-and-mortar store 28.0%
