Where the Boomer Surfers Surf Baby boomer Web surfers -- in this case those born from 1946 through 1965 -- are doing more than just getting around on the Web. They're getting around the globe. Seven of the top 10 favorite boomer Web sites during the month of June related to travel. The top boomer Web destination? Global weather report Intellicast, with the motto "Weather For Active Lives." More than 60% of that site's 943,000 visitors during June were boomers. Yet only 40% of the Web surfing population falls into the boomer category.
