Double Vision? More adults are watching TV and simultaneously surfing the Web, according to a new survey of 1,000 Web users last month by market researcher Dataquest, a unit of Gartner Group. These so-called tele-webbers aren't watching both screens simultaneously, but are using the TV for background noise while Web surfing, says Sujata Ramnarayan, senior industry analyst for Dataquest.
