Chubb's paid leave is based on company's disability management program. All new parents (including adoptive) are also eligible for 60 days intermittent unpaid time off.

Chubb provides tuition assistance for employees working toward department-sponsored industry certifications or other relevant courses. In addition, employees receive monetary awards for successful completion of department sponsored education such as the Claims Law Programs, Safety Professional Certification, and American Society of Appraisers Certification.

In addition to discounts shown, other Chubb benefits include a a one-time company car allowance of $1,950 (depending in job responsibilities) to assist in the purchase of a vehicle, and a commuter benefits plan that makes it possible for employees to save as much as 40% by paying their commuter costs through pre-tax payroll deductions. Also, Chubb’s Employee Referral Program provides a monetary incentive ($1,500 for any position) to Chubb employees for their active participation in attracting and hiring qualified, experienced candidates for professional and support positions.
