NOTE: All new entry-level hires are eligible for a salary increase of 2-5% at 6 months. Employees are also eligible for annual incentive bonus of up to two months salary, 50% of which is awarded in restricted stock and 50% in cash, company stock, or deferred into employee's 401(k) plan at employee's discretion; in first year, bonus is pro-rated based on hire date.
