However, we do have a strong buy opinion on shares of PepsiCo (PEP ) and a hold opinion on shares of Coca-Cola (KO ). Q: How about beer and liquor companies? A: Among some of the beer or liquor companies, we have a buy opinion on shares of Anheuser-Busch (BUD ) and a hold opinion on shares of Molson Coors Brewing (TAP ). Q: Would you recommend Callaway Golf (ELY )? Michelson is using their golf balls and winning. A: We have a sell opinion on shares of Callaway Golf. The company reported a loss in its December quarter, which was wider than we expected. We see new product introductions helping growth and profit margins in 2005, but we're negative on the stock. Q: Anything else in sporting goods you like better? A: We have a buy opinion on shares of Brunswick (BC ). This company is a major provider of marine products. In the leisure facilities area, we have a strong buy opinion on shares of International Speedway (ISCA ), a company that promotes motor-sport activities. Q: What might be on your sell or strong sell list besides ELY? A: Stocks on which we have a strong sell opinion include shares of Superior Industries (SUP ), which is a manufacturer of motor-vehicle products, and Goodyear Tire & Rubber (GT ). Other strong sell recommendations include priceline.com (PCLN ) and Electronics Boutique Holdings (ELBO ). Q: What sours you on priceline? We also see looming potential margin pressures, in part due to rising online and offline advertising costs. We have a 12-month target price for priceline.com of $20. A: As I said, we believe that consumers have become more fashion-conscious, and we believe that they continue to be quite enamored with newer digital electronic products. By the way, we have a hold opinion on shares of Apple Computer (AAPL ).
