By Charles Haddad

Charles Haddad likes Apple computers. He owns one -- his wife owns three -- and he's been using a Mac since it was first released in 1984. "I've always found PCs too complicated," says Haddad, Atlanta-based correspondent for Business Week. Now, Charles is sharing his expertise about Macs and Apple with BW Online readers. "I'm trying to be neither cheerleader nor geek," says he. "I just want to explain this computer, shortcomings and all, to the average user. And if I make the Mac a little easier to use, and help people find good software at a great price, then I've done my job." Follow Charles' column every week for BW Online.
