Unocal

Charles R. Williamson has been Chief Executive Officer of Unocal Corporation since January 2001 and its Chairman since November 2001. Dr. Williamson served as Interim Chief Operating Officer and President of Unocal Corp. from January 28, 2004 to September 2004. He has held numerous management jobs including positions in the United Kingdom, Thailand and the Netherlands. He served as Executive Vice President, International Energy Operations from 1999 to 2000, Group Vice President, Asia Operations from 1998 to 1999, Group Vice President, International Operations from 1996 to 1998, Vice President, Planning and Economics from 1995 to 1996 of Unocal. Dr. Williamson has been Director of Unocal Corp. since 2000 and Chairman of Company Management and Executive Committees. He has been Director of Weyerhaeuser Co., since October 7, 2004. He holds a doctorate in geology from the University of Texas at Austin.
