Glenn M. Renwick has been Chief Executive Officer and President of The Progressive Corp., since January 2001. Mr. Renwick served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Progressive Corp., from March 2000 to March 2004. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer in January 2001, Mr. Renwick served as Chief Executive Officer - Insurance Operations and Business Technology Process Leader from 1998 through 2000. Mr. Renwick served as Chief Information Officer of The Progressive Corp. from January 1998 to March 2000. Prior to that, he led Progressive's Consumer Marketing group, and before that he served as President of various divisions within Progressive. Mr. Renwick joined Progressive in 1986 as Auto Product Manager for Florida. He has been a Director of The Progressive Corp., since 1999 and serves as a Member of Executive Committee. He serves as a Director of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company. He has been a Director of Fiserv Inc., since November of 2001. Mr. Renwick holds an Undergraduate Degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand, and earned a Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
