Mark C. Pigott serves as Chairman and Principal Executive Officer of Paccar Financial Corp. Mr. Pigott has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Paccar Inc., since January 1997. He served as a Vice Chairman of Paccar Inc. from January 1995 to December 31, 1996, Executive Vice President from December 1993 to January 1995, Senior Vice President from January 1990 to December 1993 and Vice President from October 1988 to December 1989. Mr. Pigott has been a Director of Paccar Inc. since 1994. He serves as a Director of Paccar Financial Corp. Mr. Pigott is the nephew of Mr. James C. Pigott, a Director of Paccar Inc.
