Caremark Rx

Edwin M. Crawford has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caremark Rx Inc. since December 1998 and Chief Executive Officer and Director since March 1998 and also serves as its President. Previously, Mr. Crawford served as President of Caremark Rx Inc. from March 1998 until May 2000. Until his resignation in October 2002, Mr. Crawford served as a Director and a member of the audit and compensation committees of Genesis Health Ventures, Inc., which provides eldercare services.
