The core business requirements at U of Wisconsin are lenient in their grading practices. While it is rather difficult to get an A, little work is necessary to get a B.

I wish more strategy consulting firms would come to Wisconsin. I understand that they are looking for Ivy leaguers but we have many smart kids, too.

It is an excellent but competitive [program]. UW Madison has an amazing Business Career Center. Student organizations on campus are also very helpful, providing networking and leadership opportunities related to your major.

Once you are part of the business program, you really feel like you have a place on a large campus. The teaching assistants are almost always excited about what they are doing and willing to go above and beyond to help the students.
