NYU Stern's location to Wall Street makes it a great place to attend college for those interested in a career in business. I had my choice of many top-notch job offers out of school. Without NYU's career services office, my top-notch summer job would not be a reality. Students' competitiveness pushed me a lot.

NYU Stern is the Berkshire Hathaway of business schools. It might not be sexy like Wharton. But it's about fundamentals, hard work, and an ethical, and kind stance that creates the type of executive this country needs more of.

I wish there was more focus on disciplines other than finance at our school because there are much less non-finance firms that recruit at our school. I guess it makes sense since New York City is the financial capital of the world, but I feel a bit disadvantaged as a student seeking a marketing position in consumer goods companies.

The school is much too expensive. However, I really enjoyed my experience.

Financial aid is definitely a negative aspect for NYU. Professor quality truly varies, several that I've had don't seem to care about "education." But the few outstanding ones so far are great leaders, educators, and professionals.
