Honestly, I feel like I was robbed. The university is too large for any type of academic environment, and the classes are far too big. The quarter system is ridiculous and has some key perils. Among them is the fact that it goes too fast. Teachers always feel like they have to cram stuff into three months, causing many students to be left behind. Classes are here and gone before you know it, so you never really get to know the teachers.

The best way I feel recruitment could be enhanced is bringing in more out-of-state companies.

The business program is extremely effective in catering to the individual needs and talents of the students. Fisher College of Business has very strong and competitive honors programs, as well as professors who are knowledgable about and helpful in making decisions about majors and careers.

I would prefer that the business school further reduce the number of courses tought by non professors. There is a noticable dropoff in quality from a tenured professor to a TA or MBA student.

I have had seven job offers upon graduation, from solid companies such as Lowes, The Limited, The Scotts Company, JC Penny, and Associated Materials.

I attended Miami University my freshman year and took two business classes while I was there. Ohio State is more than twice the size of Miami, but I feel that the professors are more involved with their students, and the overall experience is more personalized than it is at Miami.
